Dashiell is the son of Mona and Larry Enos...He has one younger brother, Beckett...Dash started diving when he was 8 years old...His favorite dive is 405B on 3-meter, and his favorite divers are Thomas Finchum and Mark Lenzi...If he listens to music in between dives, he likes to listen to Elvis...He likes to watch the documentary film Bones Brigade (An Autobiography) while traveling to or at a competition...He also brings a stuffed teddy bear, a gift from his girlfriend, with him to competition...Two and a half months into his freshman year at USC, Dash was diagnosed with a concussion after dryland training...Right after coming back from the concussion, he injured his lower back...While he says he had off and on back pain in the past, this was the first time an injury had prohibited him from diving...The road to recovery was slow and frustrated him both physically and mentally, but he says he is proud of the progress he has made and has learned a lot about himself in the process...Dash moved to Indianapolis at age 12 to train with coach John Wingfield and stayed in Indiana until 2013, when he moved back to southern California...He said it was an incredible experience to be able to train with Olympians David Boudia, Thomas Finchum and Mary Beth Dunnichay and learned valuable lessons about both diving and life from coach Wingfield...He enjoys watching movies, making films, fitness, travel and photography...He wants to write, produce and direct his own films and hopes to collaborate with Steele Johnson on a film some day...Majoring in cinema and media studies at USCCareer Highlights
