Started diving at age 11 and was also a gymnast for eight years...Has a picture of herself in third grade holding up a sign that says "Olympian" because that was her answer to the question, "What do you want to be when you get older?" She says that's still her answer now, but for diving, not gymnastics ...Her favorite dives are fronts and inwards, particularly 407C on 10-meter...In between dives, she likes to blast music on her beats (depending on her mood, her playlists vary from R&B, old rap, alternative, rock, or pop), dance around a little, and distract herself by playing sudoku on her phone ...2021 Florida high school state champion...Away from the pool, Emilie enjoys reading, going to the beach, hanging out with friends, and going on new adventures...Emilie has also done a lot of community service... During the pandemic, she sewed near 80 masks that she donated to Cleveland Medical Center. She also collects materials to donate to Paw Pals, a club at her school that works in support of animals in the community...Emilie is the daughter of John and Regina Moore ...She has an older brother, Thomas
