Chase is the son of Lori and Greg Lane...Has two siblings, Forrest and Mackenzie ...Trains 4-5 hours a day, six days a week...His favorite dive is 107B on 10-meter...Did gymnastics for 12 years and started diving at age 16...Has blindness in his right eye due to multiple concussions...Says getting through nagging injuries and diving with one eye are the hardest things about his training...Was a three-time Florida high school state champion...Enjoys water skiing, disc golf, fishing, and public speaking ...Active in community service and has been involved with Special Olympics Kentucky, UK Children’s Hospital, Habitat for Humanity, and Tri-For-Sight...Would like to become a physical therapist
